Regular weekly communication for client involvement throughout the process

Depending on the client's needs, the project files will be delivered as either a single WAV file or stem files

All commissioned work must be appropriately credited on all platforms

Kaishun will be added as a collaborator upon spotify distribution

50% of the commission must be made upfront.

I reserve the right to decline commissions based on my discretion.

Rush fees can be discussed if necessary.

A revenue split between the client and me must be agreed upon in advance unless a full buyout is part of the transaction. If the client handles song distribution, they are responsible for ensuring my portion of the revenue is properly forwarded.

All payments are nonrefundable once a demo is selected by the client. A 50% refund will be offered if the project is still in the draft phase

In the event that I am unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued.

Please be ready to provide a reference sheet including links and a brief summary of your vision!

Communication will be conducted over discord after email consultation

After a direction is agreed upon, we will begin draft phase. A demo outlining the feel, chord progression, and motifs will be presented. If the client accepts the demo the project will be finalized and refunds will no longer be accepted
